Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the business model, key supply chain partners, and the market sectors, customers, and suppliers.
- Build effective relationships with supply chain partners, internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Working across multiple European warehouses and building strong relationships across them
- Dealing with chemical distributions and handling hazardous goods
- Overseeing non-conformance communication, resolution, trend analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage the operational performance of key supply chain partners through structured, data-driven approaches.
- Address and resolve live supply chain operational issues, taking ownership of timely resolutions.
Ideal Candidate
- Has a customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Background in Logistics and International Trade.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in Transport regulation
- Analytical skills and ability to identify key trends in data.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in FMCG and Pharmaceutical
