My Client is currently hiring for a Logistics Coordinator with a passion for drinks to Join their Business. They are currently experiencing exceptional growth, making it an exciting time to join their growing Supply Chain & Logistics team. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of customer orders, including processing, invoicing, and returns.
- Oversee 3PL warehouses, hauliers, and freight forwarders.
- Managing transportation and distribution of products
- Ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies for assigned customers.
- Support supply chain team initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in managing 3PL relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Prior experience in customer service and order processing.
Based in London
With a salary of £30,000-£35,000
