An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven food brand as a Key Account Manager. This role offers the chance to drive commercial success, manage key retail and wholesale partnerships, and play a pivotal role in business growth.

 

The Role:

 

  • Manage and grow key retail, wholesale, and food service accounts.
  • Build strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales performance.
  • Oversee JBPs, trade promotions, and account activation.
  • Monitor stock, order processing, and logistics coordination.
  • Analyse sales data, optimise pricing, and support commercial planning.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 2-4 years of FMCG sales or account management experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with retailers, wholesalers, and food service.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, manage promotions, and optimise JBPs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and trade marketing.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven.
