An interesting role has arisen for a Key Account Handler to join a leading Drinks business in Suffolk. The business are undergoing a growth period and looks set to make a huge impact in the industry.
The Role
This will be a combination of customer service, account management and commercial awareness. You’ll be managing big customers and managing their stock & delivery within the site, but also being the focal point of upselling / increasing business.
Responsibilities:
- Main POC for key customer enquiries which could be commercial or operational.
- Manage customers from encoding and having their stock at the site.
- Maintain strong customer relationships in the form of reviews and reporting.
- Be on hand to communicate customer feedback with stakeholders in the business.
- Taking part in training and development programs to benefit the business and customers.
The Person
- Strong customer / account management background within Logistics / Supply Chain.
- Drinks experience is a big advantage and will set you apart from others.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proven commercial acumen is advantageous.
- Pro-activity and self-starter mentality is essential.
