I am looking for a Junior Demand Planner, who has experience working within the supply chain, whilst also being analytical. Your responsibilities will include, providing support to the demand planner, managing operational tasks and communication with stakeholders and customers.
The Company
The business is a large, ever expanding FMCG company, based in London. Due to this expansion they are on the look out for a Junior Demand Planer, who is required to provide support and ensure customers receive a first-class service.
The Role
As the Junior Demand Planner, you will approve customer orders and submit monthly forecasting, be responsible for managing the delivery and providing updates on supply. Facilitate the demand management and understand trends by analysing portfolio performance. Conduct forecasting reviews monthly and provide historical and forward analysis including S&OP inputs and outputs. Other reasonable requests may be made.
About You
The most important thing you will need is to have experience working with data and forecasting levels of stock for customers and supply. You must be flexible and able to multitask as you will work within a fast-paced environment. A hunger to learn is essential.
Key Skills:
- Degree calibre or equivalent working experience at least 2 years in Supply Chain (FMCG)
- Experience in the supply chain is essential
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Working experience within the FMCG sector
- Must have strong Excel skills
