Are you a marketing executive looking for a step up into Brand Management? Or an existing ABM who is frustrated by limitations in your current role?

The Role:
The Junior Brand Manager will be working across three brands, supporting on the company’s number one brand, managing and fully owning the company’s fastest-growing brand [double digit growth despite a declining category], and running the commercial relationship for a strategically key brand.

There are also some really exciting NPD projects in the pipeline that this assistant brand manager can get involved in [this will be a real category disruptor!].

This role reports into high flying and experienced Senior Brand Manager who has supported the two predecessors of this role with their progression into more senior positions. This line manager is a great coach and known internally as being a strong leader.

Based from home initially but ultimately at the Surrey-based HQ part of the time with the option to work flexi-hours.

The Person:
For this assistant brand manager, we are looking for a high performing marketing executive [could be on a graduate rotation] or existing ABM who may be lacking something in terms of development, engagement, or culture in their existing business. You will be eager to learn, develop, and push yourself out of your comfort zone. This is a challenging category to be in so if you are looking for an easy life where the brand takes care of itself this is not the role for you. Salary is £25,000 – 30,000 + Bonus + Benefits
