Inventory Administrator – 40 hours over (Monday – Saturday)
An Ecommerce business in London is looking for an Inventory Administrator to join their team in a period of growth. Managing the orders and inventory to ensure no discrepancies and improving processes along the way.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for analysing the 3rd party stock system to check for any discrepancies or anomalies, ensuring accuracy is aligned.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the orders processed and aligning them with current stock.
- Analyse the data for accurate reconciliation and amending manually where possible.
- Work with 3PL to check product code errors.
- Monitoring of physical warehouse shortages.
The Person
Personable attributes are key for this role as the approach to work will be unique given the current climate. Some of the key skills and experience are highlighted below.
- Extensive experience at stock control level is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
- ERP experience needed – NAV, Oracle, SAP etc.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills are key.
- Proven experience of communicating across various stakeholders at all levels.
