A drinks business in London are looking for an Interim Stock Analyst to join as part of a major stock reconciliation project. A self-starter is required as you’ll be working remotely on this project. A good opportunity for someone who wants to move into projects.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for analysing the 3rd party stock system(s) to check for any discrepancies or anomalies, ensuring accuracy is aligned.
Responsibilities include:
- Extracting data from the ERP and 3PL systems on Excel for stock reconciliation.
- Analyse the data for accurate reconciliation and amending manually where possible.
- Work with 3PL to check product code errors.
- Monitoring of physical warehouse shortages.
The Person
Personable attributes are key for this role as the approach to work will be unique given the current climate. Some of the key skills and experience are highlighted below.
- Extensive experience at senior stock control level is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
- ERP experience needed – NAV, Oracle, SAP etc.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills are key.
- Proven experience of communicating across various stakeholders at all levels.
The contract will be 3-6 months depending on the project length.
