Are you an immediately available logistics professional with experience in stock auditing and reconciliation? If so read on! I’m looking for a self-motivated Stock Analyst to work remotely for a growing SME business on a major stock reconciliation project to help analyse stock levels on the system and manage the relationship with the 3PL provider for an initial period of 3 months.
Responsibilities will include:
- Comparing, investigating historical anomalies of stock movement in the system and ensure accurate alignment by correcting transaction errors.
- Product corrections, warehouse re-coding, stock movement validations, location transfers between 3PL centres
- Extraction of stock data from the ERP and various warehouse management systems onto excel for purpose of system to system stock reconciliations.
- Working with our 3rd party logistic partners to identify and correct product code errors ensuring description, case size, vintage and duty accuracy.
- Working with the 3PL to identify and correct Validation of Stock being transferred between the 3rd party Logistic locations.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience in Stock control and system to system reconciliation
- Previous experience working with and managing 3PL relationships
- Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems
- Knowledge and experience of warehouse management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
