Reporting directly to one their Marketing Managers, the is a new role within the Marketing team, with responsibility for facilitating the planning and execution of successful NPD and pack change projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all members of the Marketing team to facilitate and manage the scoping, planning, and timing of renovation, innovation, or pack projects.
- Ensure projects stay on track, including carrying out specific tasks in the brand management process such as packaging reorders, finalising artwork, and validation.
- Manage the entire process for innovation and renovation projects, including sourcing and uploading data to keep internal systems up to date and accurate.
- Oversee project approval processes across functions and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish a consistent, rigorous, and faster approach to NPD and packaging management within the branded business, promoting excellence in execution within the Marketing function.
Requirements:
- Experience of successfully managing cross functional processes/projects within a large FMCG organisation
- A recognised qualification in project management would be an advantage
- Strong collaborative influencing skills
- Experienced in presenting to a varied audience
- An interest in branding/packaging/graphic design
