My client is a pioneer within the food industry, owning globally renowned brands which have dominated the market for generations.

The business continues to deliver quality food for it’s consumers and more recently has ventured into a new market – forecasted to make £10 million within the next couple of years.

To be successful in their plans, they have a created a new role – seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their hardworking and ambitious team. As the Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. You should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. 

The successful candidate will have experience working on projects from the early existence of a product to launch – strong knowledge of NPD, a proven track record leading campaigns and strong project management skills within an Food FMCG environment.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
  • Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
  • Monitor market and consumer trends
  • Develop pricing and distribution strategies
  • P&L management experience
  • Experience influencing & managing stakeholders
  • Experience working in a large matrix organisation, ideally in FMCG


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • MUST have worked for within a FOOD Category FMCG experience
  • NPD/Concept to Launch experience
  • 3+ years’ brand management or marketing experience
