Responsibilities:
• Ensure a smooth implementation process including on-boarding, process management, data gathering, software configuration, data migration and user training.
• Work closely with the implementation manager to meet deadlines, liaising with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness by identifying opportunities to cross and upsell product offerings.
• Provide regular feedback on product capability and direction to product management and software development teams.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to coordinate internal and external resources.
• Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
