This role will be responsible for planning and executing high standards of quality of dispensers & technical excellence from field activity and drive commercial targets. Managing teams across technical services, customer service, quality execution, project management and supply chain.
You’ll be responsible for the overall decision making for all quality performance, looking after national on trade customer relationships, and implementing the quality execution strategy.
Ideally, the right candidate will have experience managing several different projects, will understand the on trade to drive P&L by improving the brand dispense quality, penetration and in outlet activation.
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience managing a team (good coaching skills)
- Management & accountability for the Dispense/quality budget
- Operational knowledge of industry standards including M&P, COP
- Strong Project management skills
- Ability to influence others (great relationship builder)
