A Head of Partnerships is required at a business that creates solutions to help businesses identify, capture, and share information. You will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships, collaborating with partners, tackling business challenges, and making a significant impact across multiple industries, while expanding market reach and fostering growth.

 

You will manage a team of two Partner Managers and work closely with key partners to tackle business challenges, expand our reach, and increase market impact, particularly in construction, retail, and healthcare.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive the growth of partner income, while making a significant impact across multiple industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maximise opportunities in emerging technologies, including QR codes.
  • Strengthen and expand strategic partner relationships.
  • Build connections with technology providers, consultancies, and implementors.
  • Shape market engagement strategies, including training and certification frameworks.
  • Raise the organisation’s profile through campaigns and global best practices.
  • Achieve KPIs for partner income and numbers.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Proven track record in senior-level collaboration
  • Ability to lead transformational change and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of systems and technologies in supply chain, retail, and healthcare.
  • Commercial experience with a focus on driving growth.

 

Desirable:

 

  • Knowledge of industry standards and systems.
  • Experience leading partner programmes and working with industry associations.
  • Background in technology, data, or consulting services
