Having seen strong growth throughout 2023 the business are looking for an experienced growth lead who can unlock new channels for growth in 2024.
They’ve raised significant VC investment but are focused on remaining lean and hitting profitability as soon as possible, so whilst there is cash in the bank they aren’t looking to throw money at acquiring customers.
They’re looking for inquisitive, data-centric growth people who have a strong track record in delivering growth through traditional paid channels, but can also bring a perspective on how to find customers where others might not.
You’ll lead a team and be expected to balance delivering through the team and getting into the weeds yourself.
The business work with a fractional CGO who you will work closely with in order to provide the mentoring an sounding board required to be a success.
It’s essential that this person has demonstrable experience growing a D2C brand from early stages (£1-10m ideally).
Salary up to £110k base + equity, office based in Central London.
