Award-winning D2C food business who are scaling fast and looking to hire their first Head of Growth.

This bootstrapped business have made phenomenal progress to get £750k MRR whilst achieving a healthy and sustainable LTV / CAC ratio.

They’re looking to bring someone on board who can fuel their growth ambitions, with the target of reaching unicorn status in the next 5 years.

There’s a whole host of untapped levers for growth, so this is a blank canvas to come in and build the team, function and overall growth strategy from the ground up.

You’ll be directly managing a team, as well as working closely with other functions (trading, CRM, data, product) to unlock growth loops, gain a deeper consumer understanding and help them hit key metrics as they gear up for Series A.
