Launched in 2018, they’ve grown phenomenally over the past few years, currently experiencing 25% week-on-week growth. Turnover hit £1m in their first full year and more than quadrupled in year 2 – with this hire they want someone who can take them to £50m ARR and beyond.
With that in mind, they’re looking for someone who has already been on this journey – someone who understands the operational structure and commercial drivers of a D2C consumer brand, who has been through this level of growth.
