Opportunity to join a D2C, subscription based food business as the Head of Customer Service at an amazing time in their growth, having achieved triple digit growth in 2022 and with ambitions to go from £10m to £100m ARR over the next few years.

These guys are at the forefront of the healthy meal delivery market, with an award-winning product range, hugely loyal customer base and massive ambitions to be the market leader. As the Head of Customer Service you will be at the forefront of exceptional customer service through coaching and developing a team of highly motivate customer service professionals.

They are looking for people are interested in doing something different, challenging the status quo and coming up with creative & compelling ways to engage with their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a highly motivated, talented customer service team – 5+
  • Streamlining and improving the customer service department – process improvement and design
  • Management of key KPI’s to ensure that the customer is receiving the best level of customer service possible.
  • Working cross functionally to ensure all customer service related issues and dealt with in the most effective manner

Ideal candidate:

  • D2C experience
  • Customer service team management experience
  • Strong communication skills

Up to £50,000 + bonus and benefits.
