This role is a with a business who operate a well-known coffee roastery, coffee wholesale business, restaurant and eCommerce brand and have created a new role to lead their social strategy, managed CRM and newsletter comms and brand partnerships.
The brand are a forward thinking, premium coffee roastery who are known around the world for the quality of their coffee as well as their focus on creating sustainable, ethical partnerships with growers around the world.
Their social is completely organic right now, with no plans to run any paid social soon, so the experience we’re looking for is predominantly focused on organic social both in terms of defining a strategy and being hands on creating content and signing off & editing copy.
There is 1 direct report whose focus is predominantly on content creation, allowing this role to focus on building a social & content roadmap, exploring new social channels for growth (i.e. TikTok), utilising data to create insight driven strategy & signing off on all content activation.
The team is relatively small, we ideally we’re looking for someone who is comfortable also getting involved with CRM, SEO, partnerships & affiliates. Experience in all of these areas is not essential but would be great.
It’s an office in East London (2-3 days a week) with 2 Fridays a month off, and paying around £50-55k.
