My client is a unique pet food business, and a real category disrupter. They are fast-growing and like to do things differently – so it couldn’t be a more exciting time to join this London office and make a real difference to this challenger brand.
 
They are looking for a graduate Marketing Executive who can champion the customer experience, working with journalists and bloggers to help their values driven brand reach the masses.
 
A Graduate Marketing Executive will:

• Respond to and resolve all customer enquiries on phone, email and social media
• Work with the businesses’ chosen charities to grow their social impact
• Monitor and manage the company’s reviews
• Manage the website – working with the businesses’ developers to improve the customer experience
• Grow website traffic by writing weekly optimised blogs
• Liaise with journalists and bloggers to drive the businesses’ coverage
• Work on brand Partnerships and Events
• Work on wider brand campaigns.

A Graduate Marketing Executive will have:

• At least 1 year’s experience in PR, marketing or customer service
• A degree in Marketing, PR or a relevant subjet
• Exceptional organisational skills
• A LOVE for animals
• Exceptional communication skills – oral and written 
• The hunger and passion to make a real difference 
• A solution orientated mindset and the ability to handle pressure calmly
• Previous pet experience (desirable).

Benefits:
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
