My client is a global expert in shopper behaviour who helps drive shopper loyalty. They deliver future focused customer activation solutions from real time analytics, data, insight and intelligence to create personalised, multi-channel solutions to activate shoppers into loyal fans.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a years sales/ marketing experience to step into an exciting, leading insights business.

The role is hybrid, with no set days in the office and will require a proactive self-starter to join the team. There are large opportunities for career progression and quarterly, uncapped bonuses.

The Account Executive will own all the operational tasks within the sales team, with a focus on campaign delivery for one of the biggest retailers. You will act as the quality gateway ensuring everything delivered to the client is correct and all campaigns are delivered with 100% accuracy in line with the client’s requests.

The Account Executive be responsible for leading campaign execution from briefing to live, ensuring all client documentation is accurate, process steps are followed, and quality levels are maintained. You will work within the sales team to hit targets and co-ordinate between the client and internal teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are updated with key information and answering queries in a timely manner.

Alongside this you will be optimising campaigns to improve efficiency, accuracy and results. You will support the Senior Account Manager and Account Manager with campaign development opportunities to grow and expand knowledge for personal development.

The Account Executive will be the key client contact for campaign briefing, working with the client to ensure all documentation is accurate to their requirements and suggesting changes that will improve the results. They will assist in Co-ordinating campaign execution process ensuring all stakeholders are accountable, timelines are met and being the voice of quality control to ensure accuracy. You will handle all campaign-related client queries throughout setup and live process including regular performance updates and contractual report delivery.

The ideal applicant will have a customer focused attitude and an outgoing personality. Attention to detail is key for this role, as is the ability to collaborate well with others to accomplish common goals. Good problem-solving skills will be pivotal.
