Finance Manager

They are looking for a finance manager to lead and help grow their finance department.

 

The Role:

The role involves analyzing operational models, KPIs like cashflow and LTV, and managing financial reporting. A grasp of accounting principles and an interest in DTC metrics are essential. Participation in cross-functional projects, supporting operational teams, and providing insights to decision-makers is also required.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage cashflow reporting, with responsibility for a 13-week cashflow forecast
• Develop and sustain financial and operational models
• Oversee a 3rd party bookkeeping team to ensure efficient and accurate accounting system maintenance
• Own the month-end reporting process
• Prepare investor reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gain a comprehensive understanding of stock balances and implement effective stock management processes
• Analyze business performance across key functions
• Pursue continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency and risk mitigation.

 

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in finance
• Possess a recognized accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience in eCommerce retail
• Big 4 background
• Proficient in expert-level financial modeling skills
