The Role
As the Export Logistics Coordinator, you will be a part of their sophisticated global logistics network. Managing the customer and logistics partner relationships. You will be managing the complete customer order cycle, ensuring product is tracked and delivered on time and in full. Also, you will be responsible for management of all export documentation.
In short, the role is a good mixture of Export, Order Processing and Customer Service.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing orders for both UK and international customers.
- Management of international 3PLs warehouses and freight forwarders
- Ensuring all Export documentation are correct.
- Work closely with planners to ensure orders are aligned with forecasts.
- Communicating with customers if there are any issues with the order.
- Supporting the wider supply chain team on projects and areas of improvement, including Brexit.
About You
You are a person who can accurately process orders in a speedy fashion. Being able to work under pressure doesn’t phase you, in fact you thrive off it. Attention to detail is key to this role you will be targeted on order accuracy. Experience of working with B2B customers will also be highly advantageous.
Other desirable’s include knowledge of deep sea and road freight (bill of lading, certificate of origins, EUR1 etc) and experience of using an ERP system.
