eCommerce & UX Manager - Food Brand (Remote)

My client is in the food production and delivery industry and they are looking for a UX and eCommerce manager to join their growing team, working 100% remotely.

The business is at the forefront of creating tasty, healthy ready meals for customers across the country. They are the smaller, dynamic arm of a much larger and recognisable brand in the food world.

Over the last three years my client has gone through an exceptional period of growth, with digital an eCommerce being key drivers.

The focus of this role is driving the growth for the company’s eCommerce activities and offers a high level of ownership; you will have the freedom to develop and drive your own CRO strategy. As well as this, some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Aim to increase the number of leads that converts on site to fill the funnel
  • Understand the customer journey, providing insight to drop off points
  • Testing landing pages to drive better conversion rates

The role is a good fit for someone with general interest in the concepts of behavioural science. The successful candidate will be an expert in Google Analytics with CRO experience, and will be looking for a salary of up to £48,000.
