A small intimate healthcare product business are looking to scale up their Growth Marketing team in London.
In this role, you’ll take charge of strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting across various paid ad platforms, including PPC, TikTok, and Meta ads. They’re always exploring new platforms to fuel growth, and you’ll play a crucial role in conversion and retention efforts.
Collaboration is key at this business.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Creative Officer, as well as influencers and content creators to develop assets and continuously improve performance based on what works best.
With a strong focus on eCommerce, you’ll also be responsible for website CRO and product development, working hand in hand with our talented developers to bring your ideas to life.
They’re seeking someone who is highly analytical and driven by data. You’ll have the opportunity to build insightful dashboards to analyze the performance of our experiments.
All campaigns and activations are handled in house, so this is very much a roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the platforms kind of role.
This role is paying between £40000 – £45000 plus an equity stake.
The team works on a hybrid basis from their London office.
