Location – You’ll be in our client’s office 30 minutes outside of London for 1 or more days in the week.
Our client, an innovative and fast-growing brand in the consumer goods space, is looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around two years of experience in a commercial role, especially if you’ve worked in an SME before. You’ll report directly to our client’s Growth Manager for E-commerce and be at the heart of their strategy to expand market presence and boost long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Amazon & TikTok Shop Management: You’ll work on performance analysis, advertising optimization, and stock forecasting. For TikTok Shop, you’ll also build relationships with affiliates and consumers, manage daily reports, and support content creation.
- Email Marketing: You’ll be involved in the full email marketing lifecycle, including content planning, creating weekly emails with Klaviyo, and analysing reports to meet key performance indicators.
- Growth & Strategy: You’ll collaborate with the Growth Manager to create and execute strategies, flagging opportunities and risks with solutions. You’ll also assist with innovation launches and help resolve product-related issues.
Requirements:
- Around two years of experience in a commercial e-commerce role, with experience in Amazon and/or TikTok Shop.
- A growth mindset
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, who can build and maintain relationships.
- Someone who is flexible and committed to delivering on what you promise.
