My client is a specialist information, data and ecommerce optimisation company. The company serves customers in over 120 countries, bringing local knowledge and connections to our global customer base. 
They are looking for an asssociate analyst to join their Retail Insight content team, and help brands and retailers transform their businesses into industry leaders ready to win in a digital world, utilizing their expertise to create data and written reports that will guide investment decisions. 

In this role you will be required to forecast the shifting and changing environment of eCommerce retail. 

You will be helping clients through their digital transformation process to become leaders in eCommerce, by monitoring and interpreting retailer, industry, and macro-economic developments to imprve data forecasts and coverage.

You will be producing written reports using data, primary research and your own knowledge on leading retailkers, markets and categories.

Presentations will be routinely done via viurtual meetings to small and large audiences, and you will be a key player in cultivating key business relationships and understanding clients needs.

You will become an expert and spokesperson for the platform to communicate value and benefits to customers.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, ideally in a relevant field. You will need a passion for the retail industry, with experience in eCommerce preferred. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to identify cliet challenges and create solutions based on actionable insights. You must be quantitavely savvy and able to draw solutions from data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work. Good data literacy and people skills are key for this role.
