eCommerce Channel Development Manager
 
This is an opportunity to join a best in class eCommerce team within an FMCG food and beverage powerhouse. Offering a very high level of ownership you will work closely with the Sales, Category, eCommerce and Marketing teams to guide the overall eCommerce strategy and set out best practise.
 
Reporting to the head of eCommerce you will:

  • Shape and define the eCommerce strategy that is heavily influenced by a data-driven approach
  • Working closely with the brick and mortar sales team you will lead all grocery.com strategies, influence the eCommerce marketing strategies while working closely with marketing teams, and play a key role in growing pureplay channels by working in close conjunction with the eCommerce NAM
  • Set out eCom guidelines to promote best practice
  • Own relationship with eCom data agencies, develop the eCommerce data tool suit, produce regular updates and reports

 
Key requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the eCommerce space for and FMCG business
  • Must have a strong understanding of online shopper and category
  • Will have strong and proven ability to manage stakeholders
  • Must have experience developing strategies across pureplay and bricks and clicks channels
  • Will be data-driven

 
Location: Central London
Salary: up to £65k + Bonus
