Are you tired of going into the office but love helping brands on Amazon? Well, a globally recognized Amazon Agency is looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager with a passion for marketplaces.
As the key point of contact, you will manage European client accounts, ensuring strategies are executed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day client account management.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through strategic communication, quarterly reviews, presentations, and business plans.
- Support eCommerce Specialists with tasks such as listing optimization, report creation, and promotions.
- Utilize Excel to prepare, interpret, and develop data insights.
- Communicate effectively across various platforms to deliver desired outcomes.
- Proactively solve problems and make informed decisions based on analysis and experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of Amazon experience; other marketplaces a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central; familiarity with Walmart, Target, eBay, and Best Buy is a bonus.
- Understanding of Amazon Advertising, DSP, and other retail media channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in marketing or advertising account management is advantageous.
Daily Tasks:
- Regularly communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Troubleshoot account issues and create cases.
- Monitor competitive landscape, inventory management, and planning.
- Maintain eCommerce promotional calendars.
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on inventory/sales issues.
- Generate monthly performance reports and lead client calls.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of eCommerce strategies.
- Support the Account Director with pitches for additional services.
This role is fully remote opportunity within the EU and an additional EU5 language is essential for the role.
