A blue-chip FMCG business who specialise in OTC healthcare are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help scale their eCommerce business across pureplay, online pharmacy and online retail.
eCommerce is still an underdeveloped (and underinvested) area for the brand, but with a newly hired Head of Digital Commerce in place, they are investing significantly and looking to make some key hires into this team.
This role will work closely with both eCommerce Sales & Brand teams, to ensure that brand plans & retail media are aligned, and to create & execute high impact campaigns across all paid channels.
They’re looking for a highly analytical & commercial marketer, with experience of managing big budgets (7-8 figure) and a passion for utilising the latest technology to do so.
You’ll need to be able to navigate a large, global structure so the ability and confidence to influence at a senior level is important, and ideally you’ll have prior experience in the consumer goods space.
