A blue-chip FMCG business who specialise in OTC healthcare are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help scale their eCommerce business across pureplay, online pharmacy and online retail.
eCommerce is still an underdeveloped (and underinvested) area for the brand, but with a newly hired Head of Digital Commerce in place, they are investing significantly and looking to make some key hires into this team. The Performance Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing a Digital Centre of Excellence to leverage their global strategy.
This role will work closely with both eCommerce Sales & Brand teams, to ensure that brand plans & retail media are aligned, and to create & execute high impact campaigns across all paid channels including email and CRM.
They’re looking for a highly analytical & commercial marketer, with experience of managing big budgets (7-8 figure) and a passion for utilising the latest technology to do so. Ideally someone who has come from a FMCG business where products were manufactured in house.
You’ll need to be able to navigate a large, global structure so the ability and confidence to influence at a senior level is important, and ideally you’ll have prior experience in the consumer goods space.
A key element to this role is being able lead the business from a digital perspective which lends itself to having confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders including the C suite.
Salary up to £68k basic + bonus, healthcare, pension etc. 2 days a week in a Central London office.
