Digital Insights and Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager

World leading vaping business based in London and looking to step-change their eCommerce growth across multiple owned websites.

They’re in a category undergoing huge growth – so far the growth of their direct-to-consumer
eCommerce business has been significant but without the sophisticated team structure in place to really become best in class.

That’s where this role comes in.
As part of a wider team building process they’re going through, the Head of eCommerce is looking for an exceptional digital analytics expert to enable to the team to get a much tighter grasp on what’s driving performance, where the quick wins are from an optimisation perspective and what the longer term strategy & roadmap should look like

• You’ll need to be comfortable with Google Analytics, Power BI and ideally Ometria.
• You’ll need to understand digital marketing metrics and be able to confidently advise on how the team can build more effective campaigns.
• You’ll need a customer first mindset – understanding UX and always striving to make it better.
• You’ll need to have worked for a brand or retailer’s eCommerce team.

This team move fast and are always thinking about ways to improve everything. You’ll need to have a challenger mindset – to never accept the way things have been done and always look for solutions, even to problems that don’t yet exist!
