A fast-growing, consumer-led health and wellness brand is seeking a Digital Content & Brand Lead to join its marketing team, supporting one of its highest-growth brands based West of London.
Operating across multiple international markets, the business is known for building accessible, consumer-first brands with strong digital traction. With continued European expansion, this role will sit at the centre of the brand’s digital and content strategy.
You will own the brand’s digital content across the full funnel, leading organic social, content planning, email marketing and SEO-led storytelling. Managing a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll ensure all activity is insight-led, on-brand and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-funnel digital campaigns across social, email, website and paid channels
- Own digital content and asset creation, ensuring consistency with brand identity
- Define and lead the organic social strategy across key platforms
- Own email marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion
- Lead SEO-led content planning to drive organic growth
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience in digital content or brand marketing within consumer brands
- Strong background across organic social, email marketing and SEO-led content
- Excellent writing and editing skills (native-level English)
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Commercial mindset with the ability to use performance metrics to guide decisions
- Passion for consumer health, wellbeing and brand-led storytelling
