A global powerhouse is looking for a talented Performance Marketing Lead who can drive traffic and increase growth on all D2C sites. Sitting within a start-up feel eCommerce team that is on an interesting digital journey, who are paving the way in their market and creating changes in the industry, you will lead the strategy on all acquisition channels.

Could This Be You?

  • Motivated and ambitious
  • Have at least 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing / eCommerce role
  • Confident in leading the full acquisition strategy
  • Have a passion for all things digital

 
What Success Looks Like

  • Work alongside the Head of eCommerce on exciting projects
  • Devise a full acquisition strategy including SEO, PPC, affiliate, retargeting and paid social
  • Working alongside wider marketing teams to ensure PR, social and CRM strategies will drive traffic to sites
  • Manage an SEO executive
  • Maintain Relationships with internal teams and manage the SEO agency, in order to deliver industry-leading insights, analysis and outreach campaigns
  • Improve SERP rankings and contribute SEO KPIs
  • Drive new and repeat customers using your creative initiative on marketing channels
  • Full managing responsibility over PPC performance campaigns, PPC strategies for new categories, and identifying new opportunities
  • Have a crucial influence in defining CRM strategy
  • Help to devise monthly email cycle for all trading websites
