A fantastic opportunity for an experience demand planning professional as a S&OP lead for my client a London based, market leading food FMCG business. As the S&OP lead you will developing and leading the strategy on the regional demand planning process, you will be leading projects around process improvement and systems
Your responsibilities will include;
- Management of the regional demand plan and standardising the forecasting process
- Maximising system efficiencies
- Working across markets to create and drive accuracy on the demand forecast
- Support and work with cross functional teams to develop and implement new processes to enhance the forecasting process
- Lead the S&OP meeting on a regional level
The ideal candidate will have;
- Graduate calibre or equivalent working experience
- Previous experience in demand planning and S&OP
- Process improvement mentality
- Highly analytical and numerate
- Strong communication skills and able to influence stake holders at varying levels
- Exposure to planning systems, SAP advantageous
