.Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast paced environment? I’m looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join the Operations planning team. You’ll play a key role in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and driving efficiency to support our planning functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess and map current planning workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for simplification.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document pain points, and define goals for automation.
  • Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Extract, present, and visualize data using tools like SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Analysis Office.
  • Generate demand planning reports 
  • Maintain and manage master data to support Power BI reports.
  • Own the New Products and Finished Goods task to ensure seamless planning processes.
  • Implement enhancements to reporting data and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • A motivated, organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to manage and analyze multiple sets of data in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Analysis Office.
  • A problem-solver who thrives on improving processes and delivering impactful results.
  • Some experience in Demand Planning would be advantageous 

This is a hybrid role role where you’ll be expected to be in the office in West London 2 times a week. 

The salary bracket for this role is £40,000 – £45,000 + bonus and benefits.
