The Role:
Join the team as a Demand Planner, working across the EMEA region to enhance forecasting accuracy and performance for some of their biggest accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing 12-month+ rolling demand planning forecasts.
- Implementing new IBP Demand Forecasting tools.
- Collaborating closely with sales teams, manufacturing sites, and other stakeholders to align forecasts.
- Continuously improving forecasting methods to boost accuracy.
- Developing and executing forecasting and order management strategies aimed at reducing waste and improving budgeting.
Your Profile:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in an FMCG Supply Chain environment.
- Proven expertise in long-term forecasting and demand planning.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with SAP APO is highly desirable.
