Demand Planner

Are you a Demand Planner looking to challenge yourself and grow in a fast moving and exciting FMCG business? 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in their FMCG sector in a newly created role in the Supply Chain team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring product lifecycles are managed and forecasted effectively with key clients and retail partners.

The key responsibilties you can expect: 

• Manage demand planning and forecasting of key brands 
• Analyse forecasts in line with inventory performance and client forecasts
• Using your commercial knoweldge and demand planning expertise, play a key role in the purchasing of materials and products 
• Work closely with clients and partners to ensure and efficient and effective forecast is created and maintained 
• Coordinate the launch and end of product lifcycles 
• Be comfortable forecasting for busy seasonal trends and launches

What experience is needed?

• 2 – 3 years demand planing experience 
• Proficient user of ERP systems (SAP, SAGE etc) 
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (Pivots & ‘V’ Look ups)
• Comfortable working in a fast moving environment 
• Confident and proactive thinker
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
