A leading eCommerce analytics platform is looking for an experienced customer success manager to join their growing team. The company focuses on providing data for FMCG brands, helping them compete and win online. By acting on the insights provided, brand owners are able to gain competitive advantage by optimising online ranging, pricing, positioning, promotion and from executing their category strategy with real-time insight. The company works with some of the biggest clients across FMCG, covering all major online players, including: Amazon, Tesco, Ocado, Sainsburys, Waitrose and Morrisons .
The Role
Are you interested in building long-lasting fruitful relationships with clients? In this role you will have the opportunity to manage existing client relationships, maximising the value the can see from the platform. Alongside this, you will provide analysis and reporting – providing insights and summary reports for selected customers. As well as this you will acquire an on board new customers to use the system.
As the business looks to increase their reach into Continental Europe, a candidate who is bilingual is preferred.
This role is remote, and therefore open to anyone based across Europe.
