An exciting new opportunity has come up for a Customer Success & Insights Manager to join a successful insights SaaS provider. By partnering with renowned FMCG brands, they use PoS data to develop deep insights into their consumers and turn these into actionable strategies.
They’re looking for a data-driven and analytical professional to help clients gain an in-depth understanding of the insights and how they can be leveraged to their benefit.
The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years’ experience in:
- Category management, shopper/trade marketing, or brand management
- Managing existing and potential client relationships
- Working within the FMCG space
- Using consumer insights to inform decision-making
Within the role, you’d be responsible for managing existing client relationships, and analysing insights in order to transform them into value-adding strategies.
