A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Supervisor to join an International Food business in Kent. It’s a great role for someone who has worked in CS / Inventory and wants to step up into leadership, or a strong supervisor / manager that wants to join an established business.
This unique operational and supervisory role is a newly created role due to restructure of the business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for day to day operation of Customer Service and inventory management, as well as supervising/managing 2x customer service executives.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate stock levels across all SKUs.
- Resolving any logistic issues between DCs and customers.
- Accurately processing orders for customers through SAP.
- Leading the CS team to ensure they are accurately processing orders too.
- Conducting 1-2-1s and appraisals with team members and manage their development.
The Person
- Supply Chain experience within Customer Service, Customer Logistics and Inventory essential.
- FMCG experience highly desirable.
- ERP systems desired – SAP preferred.
- Experience of managing or supervising is a bonus.
