An international FMCG business is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their driven and dynamic team. You’ll be tasked with looking after the African markets so there’s a range of big and small customers to process orders for. This will be a 6-month contract with a view of going permanent.
The Business
This business is an International FMCG business with recognisable brands in their portfolio. They supply into all channels from grocery to independents and offer a challenging and rewarding place to work.
The Role
You’ll be managing customers in a designated region of Africa. Processing orders manually and making sure they are delivered on time and in full, dealing with any issues that arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Manual processing of orders for Customers.
- Ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in full.
- Dealing with problems that arise to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- Working closely with a wider supply chain and logistics team.
The Person
- Experience of processing orders manually – ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Customer service experience within supply chain (business to business).
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Driven and ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
