They are a large FMCG business with a large international client base. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team and progress within the business.
They are a very progressive culture and are always looking for new ideas and experience to help add value to the business and the customer service team.
It is important that you have strong customer service skills within a similar fast-paced industry, and have experience dealing with clients on a daily basis.
Your key purpose as a Customer Service Executive is to ensure that that you are meeting deadlines and processing orders on a daily basis.
- Processing high levels of orders through the ERP System on a daily basis
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers, and ensuring that all their enquiries have been met
- Resolving issues with the 3PL in regard to deliveries, to ensure they meet their final destination on time and in full
- Working cross functionally with different departments to ensure that the business is running smoothly
- Previous experience working within Customer Service in the FMCG industry
- Understanding and experience of the order processing function
- Experience with using ERP systems (SAP, Navision, JD Edwards etc)
- Account management – client engagement
