About them:

They are a large FMCG business with a large international client base. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team and progress within the business.

They are a very progressive culture and are always looking for new ideas and experience to help add value to the business and the customer service team.
 
About you:

It is important that you have strong customer service skills within a similar fast-paced industry, and have experience dealing with clients on a daily basis.

Your key purpose as a Customer Service Executive is to ensure that that you are meeting deadlines and processing orders on a daily basis.
 
Your responsibilities:

  • Processing high levels of orders through the ERP System on a daily basis
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers, and ensuring that all their enquiries have been met
  • Resolving issues with the 3PL in regard to deliveries, to ensure they meet their final destination on time and in full
  • Working cross functionally with different departments to ensure that the business is running smoothly

 
Required experience:

  • Previous experience working within Customer Service in the FMCG industry
  • Understanding and experience of the order processing function
  • Experience with using ERP systems (SAP, Navision, JD Edwards etc)
  • Account management – client engagement
