I am currently hiring for a Customer Service Executive candidate with a strong wine knowledge. You would be joining their ever-growing wine business based in Central London. This role will consist of offering strong customer service and advice to high profile and premium customers. Your role will include being a main point of call for the customer and processing their orders.
The role:
- Providing strong customer service
- Processing orders
- Working with other departments across the business to ensure a high level of advice and service is provided
- Monitoring stock levels and spotting any outstanding issues
- Creating and maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Proven experience in Customer Service/Order Management ideally from wine industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in the wine industry
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong written and spoken communication
- A strongly motived quick learner with a real understanding of teamwork

Salary- £25,000-£29,000 + Bonus
