A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a Customer Service Executive to join a global, blue chip FMCG business, leading within their space, who own a portfolio of household name brands and licenses.
This is a create opportunity to join a high performing team and business who have a great work life culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end order processing
  • Processing all orders from Amazon
  • Managing relationships with third party logistics
  • Stock management and movement
  • Supporting the wider supply chain team with daily activities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
  • Prior experience working with order processing
  • Experience with amazon would be ideal not essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience working within Supply Chain & Customer Service in the FMCG industry is preferred
