Do you have a passion for the wine industry?

I am currently hiring for a WSET qualified Customer Service Coordinator with a strong wine knowledge. You would be joining their ever-growing wine business based in Central London. This role will consist of offering strong customer service and advice to high profile and premium customers. Your role will include being a main point of call for the customer along with other key stakeholders.

About the role:
-Providing strong customer service to B2B clients
-Working with other departments across the business to ensure a high level of advice and service is provided
-Monitoring stock levels and spotting any outstanding issues
-Creating and maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
-Providing advice to clients on a range of wines and different brands

About you:
-Proven experience in Customer Service/Order Management ideally from wine industry
-WSET qualified or equivalent working experience
-Strong knowledge and experience in the wine industry
-Knowledge of Excel and Word
-A confident individual who is willing to go the extra mile for customers
-A strongly motived quick learner with a real understanding of teamwork

Salary- £25,000-£29,000 + Bonus
