Customer Service Administrator

My client, a leading food manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their close-knit team that strive to offer a fantastic culture and work environment. This role as Customer Service Administrator will entail meeting the needs and requirements of their existing customers. This will be done by creating and maintaining exceptional relationships both internally and externally.
The role:

  • Working on continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all orders are received on time and in full
  • Working cross functionally on specific issues, requests and traceability
  • Improve relationships by working closely with customers on all service and supply issues, working on customer forecasts/ stock holding and EPOS
  • Working with customers on NPD and Promotions
  • Being a key contact for 3PL, Freight forwarders and manufacturing sites
  • Working with the Planners to reduce any excess waste by agreeing derogations with customers
  • Process accurately import and export documentation to ensure flow trucks through border

About you:

  • Demonstrates a high level of data accuracy
  • Excellent Customer Communication Skills
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment
  • An understanding of Export regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Key software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
  • Preferably experience in order processing

 
Based in Surrey – Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home
Salary is £26,000-£28,000 plus bonus and benefits
