The responsibilities of the job include:

  • Processing and managing customer orders, invoices, and returns
  • Overseeing 3PL warehouses, hauliers, and freight forwarders
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Managing inventory for assigned customers
  • Supporting supply chain team on projects and continuous improvement efforts

The qualifications and experience required for the job are:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service (FMCG)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in 3PL management
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
  • Prior experience in customer service and order processing
