They are looking for a natural leader to step into this exciting, career driving role as a Customer Business Manager. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll lead on two of Britain’s Biggest Brands which are easily the most strategically important grocery customers in the business. Despite both brands’ current growth, there is a clear opportunity for the right person to create a huge impact to these already recognisable and iconic household names!

As a Customer Business Manager you will have:

  • Senior FMCG account management experience with grocery customers
  • Strong presenting styles and communication skills teamed with outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills. You’ll be able to cross-functionally influence behaviours at all business levels and persuade strategic recommendations
  • Relevant experience of using shopper, category and consumer data sources to drive insight and successfully action plans
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration internally and equally strong relationship management skills externally.
  • Proven track-record of how building strategic partnerships with grocery customers
