You will lead on one of Britain’s biggest brands and manage one of the top 4 grocery accounts! Despite the brands current growth, there is a clear opportunity for the right person to create a huge impact to this already recognisable and iconic household name.
As a Customer Account Manager you will have:
- Previous FMCG account management experience with grocery customers (must)
- Strong commercial awareness and judgement
- Strong presenting styles and communication skills teamed with outstanding
- collaboration and interpersonal skills. You will be able to cross-functionally influence behaviours at all business levels and persuade strategic recommendations
- Some experience of using shopper, category, and consumer data sources to drive insight and successfully action plans
- Strong cross-functional collaboration internally and equally strong relationship management skills externally
- Proven track-record of building strategic partnerships with grocery customers
